Our client is a well-established not for profit and charities organisation based in Worthing. As a medium-sized company, they have a close-knit team that works collaboratively to provide important services to the local community.
Job Description
As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
Performing general administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and scheduling.
Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms.
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Handling incoming and outgoing post.
Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
A professional and friendly manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in office software such as MS Office.
Experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit setting.
