Job Description
Partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies.
Providing advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Identifying training needs and coordinating with the Learning and Development team.
Leading talent management initiatives within the business units.
Monitoring and analysing HR metrics to guide strategic decisions.
Handling complex employee relations issues.
Participating in the development of company-wide HR projects.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ‘Senior HR Business Partner B2B’ should have:

A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the Retail industry.
Solid understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organisation.
