Job Description
The Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Develop and implement effective shopper marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
Manage marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
Coordinate with agencies to design impactful promotional materials.
Monitor and analyse market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Work closely with retailers to ensure optimal brand visibility.
Drive consumer engagement through innovative in-store marketing initiatives.
Build and foster relationships within the UK Retail Space, special focus on Supermarkets and Garden Centres
The Successful Applicant
A successful Shopper Marketing Manager should have:

A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Demonstrable experience and skill-set in a shopper marketing or similar role within the FMCG industry with a focus on UK Supermarkets
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.
A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to commute to the office in Solihull 2 days a week
What’s on Offer
An attractive salary package of £55,000 – £60,000 per annum.
