Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing a group of children in a nursery setting and ensuring their safety, well-being, and development. Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage a group of children in the nursery room
– Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
– Observe and assess each child’s development and provide feedback to parents/guardians
– Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns
– Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the nursery
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery room
– Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
