About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

To develop a deep knowledge of OCS across the group, building horizontal and vertical relationships with business leaders to facilitate and support the winning of new business
To program and manage bid activity, including the facilitation of kick-off meetings, solution development, final bid document submission, bid award and (if appropriate) handover to operations
Researching potential clients and developing an understanding of their requirements to support the development of the solution
Organising and facilitating bid/no bid sessions, bid kick-off and solution meetings with the primary sales lead, commercial analysts, supply chain partners and other bid contributors
Create written content which is persuasive and informative
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

Must have Right to Work in the UK
To develop a deep knowledge of OCS Group UK, building both horizontal and vertical relationships with business leaders to facilitate successful bidding
To manage bid activity on behalf of business development teams, including the facilitation of deal planning sessions, bid development, final bid document submission, bid award and (if appropriate) handover to mobilisation
Researching potential clients and developing an understanding of their requirements, create written content which is persuasive and informative
To consult with respective heads of business development on opportunities, co-ordinate tender document production, formatting and submission
