This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.
About The Role:
The role will be to support the Cleaning Manager with the cleaning operation of one of our major contracts at the brand new Everton Football Stadium. Your role will be to involve ensuring high quality and professional services are delivered within budget and in compliance with Health and Safety legislation, contract specification and Company policies.  You’ll also manage the recruitment, induction and training of employees, to meet stringent service delivery levels for each client.

Reporting to the cleaning manager, you will also develop an excellent relationship with the Client representatives, communicating effectively at all times, responding to any issues raised and ensuring non conformances are addressed within agreed timescales. You will maintain effective control of the operation through a number of reporting and monitoring tools.

Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
To co-ordinate all activities in respect of the Everton FC cleaning and waste contract
To maintain an effective scheduling system
To ensure financial budgets are monitored and costs do not exceed the budgetary amounts
To ensure a robust H&S Management plan is in place to ensure a successful operation
To provide monthly cleaning reports showing the status of operations. Highlighting key points, issues and areas of risk or concern.
To ensure all orders are placed with vendors
To liaise with OCS & Everton FC Stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met.
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Experience in managing cleaning and waste on large scale contracts.
Right to work in the UK
IOSH Qualification
Enhanced knowledge on health and safety requirements
Ability to use own initiative
Clear written and verbal communication
