About The Role:
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the delivery of all services in your specific area to provide consistently high levels of performance that meet contractual obligations to customers and the strategic objectives of the division
Delivering training to employees as required
Oversee orders of stock to your sites and the monitor usage
Motivating site managers, supervisors and staff throughout the area to deliver high quality service
Ensuring accuracy of scheduling system and employee compliance with booking procedures and payroll
What are we looking for?
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Experience working with employees as a line manager/supervisor in any business area
Evidence of “hands-on” operational experience
Proven background of managing, motivating, developing and retaining a dispersed workforce though others
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and delegate effectively to direct reports
