About The Role:
Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 09:00am to 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the helpdesk team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Understand and work with the M3 NHF Schedule of rates to ensure accurate application of rates
Escalate issues and find solutions promptly to maintain service efficiency
Provide holiday and sickness cover with void works to ensure continuous service delivery
Accurately produce, collate, and analyse data across all contract areas to support the management team in driving improvements to contract management and delivery, ensuring KPIs are met consistently
Collate and input data to ensure accurate and timely contract reporting
Manage contract-level quality processes to ensure documentation is always maintained and compliant
Support the senior management team with updating processes and procedures regularly as required
Proactively gather information on customer needs and preferences to support the development of customer relationships and experiences
Support the senior contract management team with administration tasks as required
Work with subcontractors where required
Qualifications:
• IOSH Environment and IOSH Managing Safely required, training will be provided as part of the role
• Well versed in multiple digital platforms for communication
Experience:
Experience of working in a high-profile environment
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment
A high level of Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience
Successfully managing multiple stakeholders demands and associated time pressures
Prior experience in Hard Services or Operations
Skills and attributes
Able to accurately collate, analyse and produce meaningful reports from data across a range of areas
