Requirements
Prior experience with SEN students in schools
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad (mandatory)
Eligibility to work in the UK
A demonstration of patience, passion, and professionalism
Ability to manage children with challenging behaviour
Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness
Skill in effectively managing behaviour and fostering positive relationships with SEN pupils
Responsibilities
Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Advocate for students with Special Educational Needs, providing customised support
Exhibit strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Help develop creative teaching materials to ignite curiosity
Support the implementation of educational strategies tailored to each child’s learning objectives
Provide feedback to children, parents, and caregivers about their progress, achievements, and any concerns as directed by the teaching team
Show empathy, care, and compassion
