Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with groups of children
Provide regular updates on student progress
Support children’s personal needs, including minor first aid
Help monitor student development in collaboration with parents and teachers
Work on a 1:1 basis or in small groups with pupils
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children
Passion for supporting children’s development
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, Grade C or higher
Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this)
Classroom management skills
