In order to support the delivery of our service, we are looking for an outstanding candidate to join the division as a Co-ordinator, who will support front line staff to deliver effective services to children, young people and families. Co-ordinators play an important role in ensuring the smooth running and organisation of teams and units across the division. This role is a part time role for 17.5 hours per week to add some additional capacity to support the existing team.
Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries from professionals, children, young people, families and members of the public, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the needs of vulnerable children, young people and families and be able to work in a sensitive and confidential way. You will also be expected to be aware of significant developments in relation to families receiving a service from the unit / team you will support.
As a Co-ordinator, you will be able to produce written work that is of a high standard and have excellent administrative, IT and communication skills. You will be able to work well under pressure, be highly organised and have experience of managing a busy and varied workload.
