Key roles and responsibilities
Be passionate about design-led stationery, reflect that by loving the brand and products and transferring that passion to the customer.
Be a leader to inspire your team to be creative, drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
Be a coach, a mentor, and develop your team to influence future succession.
Drive effective change in store and be an ambassador for our New Concept Stores.
Ensure the store team understands all sales and KPI targets and are supported to exceed them.
Motivate your management team to deliver and exceed store KPIs.
Manage and minimise all controllable costs efficiently and within planned budgets.
Build strong relationships with store peers and the Retail Support Centre.
Recruit, develop and retain high calibre colleagues that reflect the business’s values and behaviours.
