- Job Title: Sales Associate/Sales Account Manager
- Salary £29,000 – £34,000 + 1.75% Commission per project, Regional Bonus, Growth Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and needs analysis with investment banking firms; open projects and relay project details to the Account Management team.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional outreach and communication.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as a brand ambassador by presenting the organisation to client groups; host webinars, meetings, and training sessions. (Includes business travel to finance hubs like Milan, Paris, and Frankfurt.)
- Manage contact data within HubSpot CRM and use it to uncover new contacts and sales leads.
Desirable Skills
- Excellent relationship-building skills: comfortable building rapport via phone, video, and in-person interactions.
- Sales/client service knowledge: able to manage expectations and identify opportunities.
- Strong time management: skilled at prioritising daily activities for optimal outcomes.
- Education and experience: BA degree and 1-3 years of experience in a sales, target-driven environment focused on new business generation.
