What You’ll Do:

As a Customer Tasting Hub Facilitator, you will be at the heart of our customer engagement strategy. Your role will involve:

• Engaging Customers: Welcome customers to our tasting hub with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring each visitor feels valued and appreciated.
• Facilitating Tasting Experiences: Lead interactive tasting sessions that highlight our products, showcasing their benefits and features in an approachable manner.
• Collecting Feedback: Encourage customers to share their thoughts and experiences, gathering valuable insights to help us enhance our offerings.
• Creating a Fun Atmosphere: Foster a lively environment that encourages conversation and connection among our guests.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and share feedback for continuous improvement.
