Repairs and Maintenance Operative (Chertsey/Kingston)
Job Description
The role
We have a great opportunity that has arisen for an Estate Maintenance Officer. You’ll provide a comprehensive and professional repairs and maintenance services in line with our service standards and contractual obligations. You’ll provide onsite repairs and maintenance services in accordance with relevant health & safety policies, regulations and legislations.
The role is required to be on site 5 days in the office, 08:30am – 16:30pm.
What you’ll need
Knowledge of equality and diversity good practice
Knowledge of fire, health and safety regulations in a residential setting
Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling and electrical industry standards
Basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating skills
The ability to manage demanding workloads
The ability to work under own initiative
The ability to work with others to deliver joint objectives
