• Provide tailored support to children with a variety of complex needs, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
• Work closely with a team of professionals to implement educational and behavioural plans.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment that accommodates the individual needs of each child.
• Assist with the development and delivery of interactive learning activities.
• Support the social and emotional development of pupils, helping them to build confidence and independence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills.
• A strong desire to go above and beyond for children with special educational needs.
• Must possess a current DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff, children, and parents.
• A resilient and patient approach, with a commitment to providing a positive learning experience.
