full-time position Monday to Friday.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm and 4.00pm finish on Friday
Please note that you will be required to work every other Saturday 9.00am -1.00pm
Pay rate: £11.44 -£12.50 phr
This is temporary to permanent position.

Day-to-Day duties
-Provide the initial point of contact for our customers.
-Answer incoming calls from customers.
-Answering emails
-Manage incoming requests from the Customer Portal
-Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
