Duties include –

Work in conjunction with Design department to confirm manufacturing route.
Manufacture pattern as per route card issue number / rev number.
Transfer tool paths to CNC machines in Pattern shop and manufacture parts.
Manufacture running and gating systems either by hand or CNC machining referenced on route card and/or assembly technique.
Assemble pattern and running and gating system and prepare for the ceramic mould department.
Operate 3D sand printing machine.
Use of Fork Lift and overhead crane – refresher courses provided.
Hours of work;

3 Shifts, days, afters and nights or permanent nights (shift premium to be added)
