In this role, you’ll join at the start of building a brand-new Test Team, managing a team expected to grow to 7–16 testers. The team will focus on integration and end-to-end testing across projects. The environment is currently manual, with plans to introduce automation in the future. A strong foundation in manual testing, combined with a vision for modernising processes, will be key.

Salary: £70,000–£85,000, depending on experience.
