Trainee Pool Engineer required for our client, a leading company within the swimming pool maintenance and repair industry, who are based in Essex. Due to consistent expansion, our client is looking to bring on a Trainee Pool Engineer who will ideally have a background in Plumbing and/or Electrical works, but general engineering experience would also be sufficient.

The successful Trainee Pool Engineer will initially be shadowing our client’s existing team within the Essex area, and will be trained in all aspects of service and maintenance within the commercial swimming pool industry, which will mainly include working on swimming pools, saunas, and spas within leisure centres, gyms, and hotels.

Full training will be provided for this role.

Trainee Pool Engineer Job Requirements

• Background within the plumbing and/or electrical industry
• Hands-on engineering experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Witham, Essex
• Happy to travel across London and the South-East

Trainee Pool Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Salary £28,000, rising with experience and skills
• Company Van provided once full training has been completed, along with door-to-door travel pay
• 45 hour working week
• Overtime and bonus available
• 30 Day’s Holiday (22 + Bank Holiday’s)
