Role: Wills and Probate Team Leader
Location: Huddersfield
Salary:£55,000 – £75,000 + Benefits + Bonuses

CRA Consulting are working with a well-established regional law firm to recruit a Private Client Solicitor / Team Leader for their Huddersfield office. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and play a key part in the growth of a thriving department.

The Role

• Lead and supervise the Private Client team.
• Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate matters.
• Provide mentoring and support to colleagues.
• Drive compliance, quality standards and client care.
• Work with the Partners to promote and develop the firm’s services.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong Private Client experience.
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience desirable.
• Excellent client care, organisational and decision-making skills.
• STEP qualification (advantageous but not essential).
