BUILDING MANAGER | ISLINGTON | £45,000-£50,000

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Building Manager to take ownership of a high-profile, premium residential development in Islington.

This is a hands-on, resident-focused role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the development, leading an on-site team and working closely with residents, clients and senior management.

The role:

• £45,000-£50,000

• Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm

• 25 days’ holiday

• Premium residential development

• Lead an on-site estate team

• High level of autonomy and ownership

• Client and resident-facing position

• Occasional evening meetings

We’re looking for:

• Experience at Building Manager level required

• Strong residential property management background

• Experience managing a complex or high-end development

• Confident, proactive and highly responsive approach

• Excellent resident and client-facing skills

• Someone who is hands-on, visible and enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of a building
