About the Role

You will manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, contentious probate and employment issues. From early-stage advice through to trial, you’ll have regular client contact and the chance to make a real impact.

You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling a broad range of civil and commercial disputes
• Advising clients from initial instruction through to resolution
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation and court proceedings
• Supporting business development initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
