Elevation Recruitment are supporting a leading manufacturing business as they look to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their Darlington site. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll act as the finance lead on site. You’ll take full ownership of the month-end process while working closely with operational teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and ultimately drive site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the month-end reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Provide financial analysis, insight, and commentary to site management
• Partner with operational teams to identify and implement performance improvements
• Support strategic decision-making through robust financial modelling and analysis
• Contribute to the delivery of the site’s growth plan
• Develop systems, processes, and controls to support the growing scale of the site
• Potential for future line management responsibilities as the role evolves

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) QBE and PQ considered
