The Role

Working alongside an experienced Sales Manager, you’ll help develop new business opportunities, support existing customers and build relationships with distributors across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Managing and growing customer relationships.
• Supporting distributors and key accounts.
• Attending customer meetings, trade shows and exhibitions.
• Developing technical product knowledge through structured training.

The role involves regular UK and European travel, including occasional overnight stays, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree or 1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and a willingness to learn.
• A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel.

Previous experience within manufacturing or technical products is beneficial but not essential.
