Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and wants to be rewarded for your success?

We’re looking for ambitious and customer-focused individuals to join our growing Contact Centre team as an Inbound Sales Advisor. This isn’t a cold-calling role. You’ll be speaking with customers who have already shown an interest in our products and are looking for more information.

If you’re motivated by uncapped commission, upto £35,000 OTE in your first year enjoy speaking with customers and want to build a long-term career in financial services, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Role

You’ll be speaking with customers who have already made an enquiry or expressed an interest in our products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls to warm leads
• Building rapport and understanding customer needs
• Explaining available financial and investment products
• Providing an exceptional customer experience
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Maintaining accurate customer records

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people with energy, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to succeed.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous sales, telesales, retail sales or contact centre experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Confidence building relationships over the phone
• A positive and resilient attitude
• A target-driven mindset
• A desire to maximise your earnings through commission
• An interest in developing a career within financial services

No financial services experience? No problem.

We’ll provide all the training, support and coaching you need to become successful in the role.

Working Hours

Rotating Weekly Shifts

• 9:00am to 5:30pm
• 10:00am to 6:30pm

No evenings. No weekends.
