Our client is a fast-growing social commerce agency that partners with established consumer brands to help them succeed on TikTok Shop. Managing everything from affiliate programmes and live shopping to paid advertising and performance reporting, they are building a reputation for delivering measurable growth through creator-led commerce.
About the Role
This is a newly created position that will take ownership of the creator partnerships function. You’ll be responsible for building, growing and managing a network of TikTok creators who produce content and drive sales for a portfolio of consumer brands.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media or a similar creator-facing position who is ready to step into a role with genuine autonomy and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and grow a network of TikTok creators across a portfolio of consumer brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, acting as their main point of contact and keeping them engaged through community management.
- Identify and nurture high-performing creators, developing long-term partnerships that drive consistent sales results.
- Support creators with TikTok Shop best practices, including content strategy, live selling and conversion-focused techniques.
- Plan and deliver creator incentives, competitions and engagement campaigns to maximise activity and performance.
- Manage product sample requests and ensure products are allocated effectively to the right creators.
- Monitor creator content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and brand requirements.
- Track creator activity, sales performance and key metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with account managers to support client objectives and maximise creator-led revenue opportunities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creator culture and social commerce.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Confidence conducting outreach and building networks at scale.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with TikTok Shop or TikTok Affiliate Centre.
- Experience recruiting or managing creators at scale.
- Familiarity with creator management or affiliate CRM platforms.
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
