Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment?

Join a leading snack manufacturer where you’ll play a vital role in keeping high-speed production lines running efficiently. Working a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, you’ll be responsible for maintaining automated production equipment, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging machinery.
• Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems.
• Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and diagnostics.
• Complete root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Support continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.

What We’re Looking For

• Maintenance Engineer experience within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Experience working with PLCs and automated production equipment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.

Desirable

• Food or snack manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Mechanical maintenance experience.
• 18th Edition qualification.
