A well-established and respected Devon law firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Trusts & Estates Practitioner to join its growing team.

You’ll manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, LPAs, Court of Protection matters, tax and succession planning, delivering expert advice with a client-focused approach.

About You
• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent
• 3+ years’ Private Client experience (all levels considered)
• Strong knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration
• STEP qualification/studies desirable but not essential
