About the Job

Are you an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor with 8 years + PQE and looking for a new challenge?

Our client are a well-established, traditional law firm based in the heart of London’s legal district. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to a discerning client base, they pride themselves on their partner-led approach and long-standing relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), property owners, and developers.

They are seeking a confident and experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with ideally 10+ years PQE to join our dynamic litigation team. This is a senior-level hire, replacing a highly experienced practitioner, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and bring a strategic, client-focused mindset to the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, split approximately 50% commercial and 50% high-end residential, including mixed-use developments.
  • Advise and represent HNWIs and property owners, requiring a tailored, invested approach distinct from corporate client work.
  • Handle disputes involving landlord and tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, rights of way, and service charge disputes.
  • Provide strategic litigation advice and manage proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Tribunals.
  • Contribute to business development and, ideally, bring a client following or demonstrate the ability to build one.
  • Collaborate with partners and other departments to deliver seamless client service.

If this sounds like it could be the next step in your career then please apply and I will contact you for a confidential conversation.
