Recruitment Consultant – Reed Norwich (Marketing Division)

Location: 2–4 Queen St, Norwich NR2 4SQ
Hybrid Working: 3 days in office, 2 days from home after induction
Salary: £27,500–£37,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday–Friday
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Reed Norwich is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant or experienced marketing sales professional to join our highest-performing team in the UK. You will take ownership of a Marketing desk covering Norwich, Ipswich, Colchester and Cambridge.

This is a sales-focused role where you’ll be responsible for both business development and candidate sourcing, building long-term relationships with clients and connecting them with top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Growth

• Drive new business through proactive sales, outreach, and marketing activity.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers.

Candidate Attraction & Selection

• Create effective job adverts, network, and headhunt to source top talent.

• Screen and interview candidates to ensure strong alignment with client needs.
