Salary: £27,500 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Ipswich office, specialising in permanent Accountancy & Finance recruitment across Ipswich and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with businesses across Ipswich and the surrounding areas
• Generating new business opportunities and growing existing client accounts
• Taking detailed job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
• Sourcing, attracting and engaging high calibre Accountancy & Finance professionals
• Managing the full permanent recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
• Conducting candidate interviews and providing consultative support throughout the hiring process
• Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references
• Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous agency recruitment experience, ideally within Accountancy & Finance or a related professional sector
• Strong business development and relationship building skills
• A confident communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
• Driven, resilient and motivated to succeed in a fast paced, target driven environment
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates
