Job Role: Recruitment Consultant | Business Support Temps

Location: 3rd Floor, Tyler’s House, Tylers Avenue, Southend on Sea, SS1 2BB

Driver: Car driver with own vehicle and valid driving licence essential
Salary: £27,500 to £37,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped bonus potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day from home following your induction period

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and developing relationships with commercial clients across Southend and the surrounding areas

• Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts

• Taking job briefs and providing tailored recruitment solutions

• Sourcing, attracting and engaging high-quality candidates

• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement

• Completing compliance checks, including right to work and references

• Delivering an excellent experience for both clients and candidates
