We’re seeking experienced and compassionate Residential Support Workers to support children and young people with EBD and SEMH needs in a residential setting. You’ll help provide stability, encouragement, and a safe environment where young people can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in residential childcare, EBD, SEMH, social care, or youth work
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting positive outcomes
• Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins
• Full UK driving licence preferred
