The Company

This is a boutique, independent, owner-led events agency specialising in automotive, sponsorship activation and immersive brand experiences. In-house design, IT and warehouse teams sit under the same roof, which means faster decisions and real

collaboration across disciplines. People tend to stay once they’re in, the promote-from-within approach is genuine, and the Senior Event Project Manager role has a clear progression path tied to milestones, not headcount.

The Role

As Senior Event Manager you will own projects from initial quote and timeline through to on-site delivery, working across a varied mix of event formats for premium clients and reporting directly to the Directors.

– Build annual event schedules with clients and Account Directors

– Draft project quotes and timelines to required standards

– Negotiate with suppliers and manage event logistics end to end

– Maintain finance trackers, monitor costs and protect margins

– Liaise with clients, suppliers, freelancers and internal teams throughout

– Attend on-site for setup, live days and de-rig, overseeing H&S compliance

– Supervise and coordinate project team members on each event

The Candidate

You will be an experienced event project manager who has handled project planning, timeline development and quote production across multiple live events. Whether your current title is Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Event Manager, what matters is that you have delivered events with real commercial and logistical complexity.

Experience in premium brand, automotive or luxury events is a genuine plus, though candidates from other agency backgrounds with strong project management credentials are equally welcome. What the team is looking for is someone organised, commercially aware and ready to step into a Senior Event Manager role with ambition to grow.
