Information Services Manager – Poole – Salary up to £32,500

Our client is seeking an experienced Information Services Manager to drive the development and integration of key information systems. Lead a skilled team, manage system upgrades, and ensure a robust network security and data integrity across the business. Make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert support across a range of information systems and networks
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
• Lead and mentor Information Services Technicians to maintain high standards
• Plan and deliver system upgrades, installations, and integrations
• Support e-safety, network security, and software performance monitoring
• Deputise for network management when required
• Ensure ICT suites are operational, and data integrity is maintained through regular checks

Experience & Skills required:

• Extensive experience in a similar technical position
• Proven Leadership experience
• Extensive experience in Microsoft frameworks
• Networking infrastructure experience
• Advanced IT Qualifications including CompTIA, CASP+
• Networking qualifications
• JIRA Service Management
• ITIL Practitioner
