The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a thriving school in Havering. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering high-quality maths education to students of all abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5 for suitably qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging maths lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
Inspire students to develop a love for mathematics and support them in achieving their academic goals.
Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment.
Contribute to the school’s extra-curricular activities and participate in professional development.
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in mathematics and experience teaching at secondary level.
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of students.
