Job Description
Role Overview
This is a newly defined and key role within a fast-paced property management team. You will be part of a larger Admin Team providing support to Surveyors who work with high profile clients across a large property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities of this role may change according to the future needs of the team; along with general admin duties, some key work streams are listed below:
Client Reporting: prepare commercial management reports on a quarterly and monthly basis including collating key data such as critical lease events and obtaining inputs from third parties.
Bespoke systems: we use a number of powerful tools to allow us to carry out the day-to-day delivery of this role which the successful candidate would become familiar with and in time could become a super user.
Accounts: run relevant reports from the Dashboard and monitor service charge expenditure, highlighting funding issues to the relevant surveyor when required.
Property Management: assist in the general management of properties under the direction of surveyors.
Excel: compile spreadsheets including new property budgets, void costs etc in line with client and property requirements.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following attributes:
Previous experience in a property management environment.
Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to communicate clearly.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A strong team player who easily builds relationships.
Sound IT skills with the ability and willingness to learn new systems and keep up to date with current innovation and technology.
Team Overview
London Business Space consists of 90+ people specialising in different sectors of property management including mixed use estates, industrial, portfolio and prime offices (RISE).
The Admin support team currently numbers eight across two locations, West End and City, working alongside surveyors to support them in the management of their portfolios. We have opportunity to expand roles in order to progress and Savills have a strong ‘promote from within’ policy.
