Sales Director – UK Wide (Fire & Security Solutions) Remote working with travel – MUST be UK based

We are looking for an ambitious, hands on Sales Director to join a growing national provider of fire and security solutions. This is a strategic leadership role with real ownership, you will drive sales growth, shape commercial strategy, and lead a high performing team of regional Business Development Managers across the UK.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Sales Director will:

• Lead and inspire a team of regional Business Development Managers across the UK.
• Set and deliver sales targets while identifying opportunities to enter new markets.
• Shape and implement the company’s commercial strategy in line with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Own sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance, ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure the business can deliver on commercial commitments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop top sales talent, promoting a culture of accountability and client focus.

About You

• Proven experience in senior sales leadership, ideally with national responsibility.
• Track record of building and scaling regional sales teams, managing Business Development Managers.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in compliance led technical service sectors is highly desirable; fire & security experience is a plus.
• Confident decision maker with a practical, results focused approach.
